Spain and Morocco - 3, Seville B

Hi, Our last morning in Seville was spent touring that city.

This is a view of the outside of the Plaza de Espana from our hotel and

this is a street view from our bus. It is located in the Parque de Maria Luisa and was built in 1928 for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.

We had an opportunity to spend some time inside the Plaza (above and five below).

This person is selling CDs

these two are selling art.

The panels are all done in tile.

The Columbus Monument is in the Gardens of Murillo.

Patterns attract me. Here are chimneys on a building in the park and

tree roots.

We walked to our next destination, the Gothic cathedral where Columbus was buried in 1898, taking photos as moved (above and below).

Here is an interior view in the cathedral and

here is Columbus' tomb.

Our final stop of the day was the Alcazar Royal Palace and Gardens (above and five below).

Thanks for looking.
